The update really messed up the app! It became complicated to set-up a group gift card, no longer possible to add a group picture and a lengthy process overall. In addition, even the organizer of the gift card no longer has access to receiver's details post setting up the gift and is no longer given updates on whether the gift card was properly delivered or sent. I had to contact customer service 3 times to amend a simple gift card. Please fix as it is not customer oriented anymore.
