Pilates Aalborg offers responsible training in both Pilates, Yoga and Reforms with small teams, where we always focus on you. We also have a great deal of knowledge within pregnancy training and also offer training after the birth.
We have a holistic approach to training and therefore see body and mind as two sides of the same coin. We work from our knowledge of the body and supplement with our vast experience in being close to people.
We are inspired by many different movement experts around the world, but we always have a leg planted solid in science.
