The application process was pretty straight forward and easy to navigate. What took too long was the approval period for the Quick salary loan which took over a week. Considering it wasnt a substantial amount and they had all documents in order, I failed to see why it would take that long. On the repayment date they had already deducted the loan amount from my salady, however, on the app it says that its still pending deduction.

system is unreliable. was advised for refinancing. submitted new payslip for 3 months and latest COE. was requested to resubmit many times. even accessed my account online using my computer get payslips. said that my application expired and they cancelled it. can no longer reapply. been approved many times before. I have been with you for years now. so disappointing.

Do not apply for a loan on this loan shark app!!! When it comes to the process of reloan it was smooth however the interest is quite high like it doubles the amount of your loan. If ever that you will resign to your company they will deduct all of your final pay and like in my case I was transferred to a savii partnered company and they have double deduction on my salary. Not really helpful at all. Please avoid this app!!!!
