will not login to either Google or Facebook account. keeps telling there's an error. only reason why I had to reinstall was because the battery percentage hadn't changed for over 2 weeks and the fridge current status was last updated nearly 2 weeks ago!

Seems ok. Two problems. 1, the app says "Low Battery" every time I open it (including when I'd just charged the Shelfy). Battery life is currently 80%, still "Low Battery". 2, The app says my fridge state is "Fair" but it gives no clue what might be stopping it being good, or why that's the rating. Is it too cold? Am I opening it too much? Is the Shelfy not doing a good job of cleaning the air? Literally no clue!

Hi Caroline! The first issue should be fixed with an update that will be released soon. As for the second, you can look at the values in the home: those with a red/yellow dot near it are the ones that are lowering the quality.
