Ratings and reviews

Now forces me to give actual map location when adding a shelfy. They ask for far too much personal data. I've mentioned this dozens of times. That the UI and UX are horrible for colourblind people but they don't care. They won't change anything for colourblind or people with bad eyesight. As usual the text just gets smaller and interface more cluttered. The previous app had such a bad and low rating I guess it prompted them to remove and re-add it to start again. Typical.

Seems ok. Two problems. 1, the app says "Low Battery" every time I open it (including when I'd just charged the Shelfy). Battery life is currently 80%, still "Low Battery". 2, The app says my fridge state is "Fair" but it gives no clue what might be stopping it being good, or why that's the rating. Is it too cold? Am I opening it too much? Is the Shelfy not doing a good job of cleaning the air? Literally no clue!

Since the graphical redesign (over a year ago now), real-time data has basically stopped working properly with Natede Smart. I constantly see updates like “an hour ago” or “a day ago,” but never anything from just a few minutes before. The Alexa integration is impossible to complete, no matter how many times I try. On top of that, switching modes often requires reopening the app multiple times before it actually works. Frustrating its supposed to make life easier, not harder
