Every time I try to login the app with my username and password. It shows me the error "you have entered an invalid username or password" before it used to be fine. Visited the nearest kplc off and I was told system issues, and to keep on trying after some time. Is there any support team from kplc who can assist me on this. If there is some one good, if not then this app is useless for me

The app doesn't allow one to self register, it keeps declining the request despite several attempt's for new user's until you give up! it's therefore not possible to access other self service portals online like meter reading service so you would end up visiting their branch with tortoise moving queues. Very frustrating indeed.

When i registered my account details,, the app gave me a completely different account number and meter number..The names on the app are not mine,,the phone number is not mine but the email adress is mine.When i try to edit the details,, its impossible.. Tried contacting my nearest kplc branch but wasnt of any help.. I keep getting reference number and successful transaction but nothing changes on logging back to the app..Question is,,why the account mixups? What can i do to correct this error??
