Fix it please. I don't like complaining about a free service, but this app is unusable. So much great content but I can't watch any of it, unfortunately it's all just "oops, something went wrong, please try again later". It can take up to half an hour to get something to play, constantly reinstalling the app, turning tv on and off, even then I dare not pause a show if it does eventually play because it won't work after I un-pause it. Based on the bad reviews it's not just my problem.

Urgh why - dunno but I've checked all the usual places and it's just acting up (have checked I have latest version). It's not showing to pause show then when I cast it , it just stops and also is doing things out of order and I have to debit cast, or stop casting and restart. I've done it min 20 times tonight just because I want to keep watching my show but it'll be a whole before I use again. Not user friendly.

This app is terrible. It does not function properly. It buffers, freezes, will not work on most smart TVs. I stream it on my Samsung Smart TV, and have many problems. I stream it on my cellphone, again, many problems. I stream it on it on my tablet, same problems. I own Samsung devices, 12 months old, modern. I have complained numerous times, I have gone away and come back and still the same problems. The technical dept of this app don't have knowledge or skills to remedy the many problems.
