I love Acorn TV. They have some cool shows I haven't seen anywhere else. Could probably put a little work into IT, though. Make the app more user friendly. I wanted to get someone a gift subscription for years, but could never figure it out until they recently sent an email. Even then, it was not really easy to navigate. I canceled the Google Play sign up, and went through a different email because of IT issues. Fortunately, once you are in, there aren't really any issues.

I loved the app and the shows, it was ny favorite. They did some update now I can't use at all. I pay for s year at a time.. because I loved it so much. They really need to get this issue fixed soon. I have gone thru all the first techs advice. Still can load anything. They said they would get back to me last week. I have not heard anything. I am kind of glad it is not just me getting this error. So maybe then they will get it fixed sooner rather than later.

If I could give a zero star review I certainly would! While it's my own doing for not completely reading ALL the fine print, they scammed me and mailed me into a two year contract and got the money off my card even before my free week was up and I could find a way to cancel. They make it almost impossible to find the way to cancel and when I did they had already nailed me making sure I am stuck until Sept 2024. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP!!! (It's too bad though, I really enjoyed their shows)
