I've had it for a year now & absolutely love it. initially I had a problem as I have an LG smart TV & it's not compatible to just download app from the TV. in order to watch I had to choose Smart View on my android Galaxy phone, then open the app on my phone & it shows up on my TV. Took a while for me to figure out with help from a friend when I first subscribed, but it works just fine hopefully it will eventually become compatible with LG Smart TV's if you have a Samsung TV you're good.

horrible app nothing good on there and you can't unsubscribe through the Play Store you have to unsubscribe through the web if you signed up through the web or through the third party which is Roku or whatever TV you are on then you can't do it that way either. so then you have to cancel your card and get another card all because they make it so complicated... please just do better for older people who are not tech savvy. just too hard to unsubscribe I think that's on purpose too

I love Acorn TV. They have some cool shows I haven't seen anywhere else. Could probably put a little work into IT, though. Make the app more user friendly. I wanted to get someone a gift subscription for years, but could never figure it out until they recently sent an email. Even then, it was not really easy to navigate. I canceled the Google Play sign up, and went through a different email because of IT issues. Fortunately, once you are in, there aren't really any issues.
