I always repeating the process of undergo review of my account still. And I doesn't still go to level upgrade to level 2. So how many times this should be successful to be level 2 account? I need my money in my account.

I've been contacting customer service for two weeks now and I haven't received any. Took them 3 weeks to reply when I forgot my password which is too late because I was able to recover it myself. I've sent verification request twice but it keeps getting dropped with no reason at all. I AM SURE all the details are correct. Already sent an e-mail and sent a text, it's very useless. We badly need the SAP ayuda for medical purposes but Starpay keeps holding it. It's basically like stealing.
