Did not want to download this app at all costs, but the government left no choice. I won't attach any cards or my ID data, given that all the latest reviews are 1⭐. People just don't trust you. And there is a reason for sure. Today wanted to add some money to the wallet through terminal, and... What a surprise, it shows that my monthly replenishment limit is exceeded and I can't fill it. Here's my secret, I was trying to fill it FOR THE FIRST TIME, and it tells "try next month". Bravo TellCell.

The app goes down very often. You get a notification, click to open it and then comes a blank white screen so you can't even log in. I encountered issues with connected card payments, i.e. when trying to pay for a service with attached card it automatically puts on the wallet balance and the drop down/ slide up menu to choose from doesn't work. There were also numerous times when I tried to pay for a service but after loading for a long period it didn't go through.

I'm visiting yerevan and downloaded the app to use for bus fares but no matter what I tried I couldn't figure out a way to load the fund. From what it looks like, you can only buy tickets on the app if you attach a bank card. The app needs step by step instructions specially for tourists
