Incompetent service. False advertisement too. My remittance to a US account never made it. Its been 2 weeks and counting. They say it normally takes 1~2 business days for the transaction to complete. Outrageous overstatement.. They keep telling me that their partner in US successfully completed the wire but there is no such sign of money being transferred to the receiving account. Is the hanpass team doing anythin else to solve this? No they are just waiting for their partner to respond.

We would like to sincerely apologize about the delay in your transaction. Our team is keep following up with our US partner regarding this incident. However, we also only rely on the feedback given by the receiving bank as the transaction has been displayed as “transmitted” to their side. We will do our best to resolve this issue the soonest.

Service Really Sucks! Don't advise to use unless you have steel nervous. Below is my bad experience after using for about almost 1 year: 1. App itself sucks! They don't seem checking their updates, `Transportation card recharge` doesn't work at all. 2. Money transfer, it took me whole 24 hours to figure why it was not proccessed. 3. Lastly and what is worst! Call center also sucks! They say waiting person is one and for some reasons it takes 30 minutes to contact one of their representative!

I have been transferring funds through my bank the past year. The service fee I was charged each transaction was around 40 USD. My first transfer with this app was 0 dollars. I had a few questions in the beginning but Alex guided me through them with a prompt and professional manner. I am told that I will not be charged a service fee from my bank in States also. This is by far the easiest and cheapest way I have ever transferred money to the States from Korea. Great app guys! Thank you, E. Lee
