This is an edit for my previous review, yet the stars will remain 1 since they offers a Master Card with 2% cashback that's barely working, and recently I almost gave up using it! it's not working even with the simplest food delivery app Hungerstation, Hunger keeps failing to add it while other cards are easily working. it not working even with other well known websites as well.

The service provided by this wallet has been highly disappointing. Customer support is nearly non-existent, making it extremely difficult to get any assistance. As of October 21, 2024, the platform does not support transfers to local banks or payments through SADAD. Additionally, the daily transaction limit is restricted to 3,000 SAR, causing significant inconvenience. My funds remain locked in the wallet, with no option currently available for withdrawal through ATM

Fake promises The app makes you wait in a "line" telling that if you invite friends that will increase the chances of you getting your own acc Note:-until you are not inviting more than atleast 60 people (they also have to sign in) we can't use the app like not even view our acc
