The arrival time of the bus was very inaccurate. The app showed that it would arrive in 19 minutes, because the time was inaccurate, I went out early to try my luck. Sure enough, the bus arrived early. I feel that the bus service is more upgrades the worse the situation is. I hope hope and hope the bus can arrive on time, especially if it departs from the terminal. It has to be changed time again and again,I once waited for two cars come together in half an hour🤦🤕😤

Generally, the simply go app is functional but unfriendly. It should be made more interactive to allow commuter to claim their overcharged transport easily. The trains should be checked for air-conditioning function periodically as well. During peak hours it is unpleasant when air-conditioning is switched off or not working.

Beautiful app concept, but everything stands and falls with drivers updating their location. In the early hours, timings for line 973 are unreliable. Eventually, we still have to go and wait at the bus stop because we can not rely on the data, so the app misses its purpose.
