The app can't choose the best route for drivers to arrive destination early.(disable avoid heavy traffic road), driver need check with others GPS😞! When driver waiting for traffic light turn green or stuck in the traffic ,the app still pop up the message "we notify an unplanning stop", Grab AI can't detect what happening?😒 When order is running,we can't change the service types like turn off or turn on Just Grab, plus or saver.so we need to off line to change the settings ☹️!

It became worse after update. I have to close the app and reopen it after using its chat function with riders. Otherwise, I cannot see the usual button after accepting the ride and the entire app goes white. Also, full address of pick up and drop off locations are truncated in portrait mode. I can't assess a job with partial addresses.

For the past two weeks, the Grab system for food riders has mostly made pickups too far from receiving orders, more than 10km just for pickup, not including delivery! With fuel costs that exceed the payment..The fare for riders is getting lower and lower from member to gold, the fare is the same, the system always has to scan after sending the order, even though we are the owner of the ID but the identity is reported as different 😭 ubah la plzz jgn menyusahkan org..yg auto accept tu tkar manual
