Ratings and reviews

App have lots of issues. intermittent Map hang, waiting and cancel fee not auto charged, you'll nv get in contact with any live agent, they make it so hard to connect to one. When you drive and can't reply, they will quickly close the chat and you won't get to see the chat log. They say there's whatsapp chat support, but you'll never find the contact number anywhere. Hope help support can be simpler, live agent to quickly resolve issues, not hide behind AI. App dont show why low rating given.

This app is getting worse by the day. Fares are extremely low, and drivers are forced to complete every booking despite Grab’s commission reaching up to 25%. I do not recommend using this app for full-time or part-time work, as it no longer allows drivers to lodge complaints with the service center. #not_driver_friendly

The app is getting worse and not driver friendly. Cannot immediately contact for help like before and my destination when I use only once but it states had use twice and goes to 0/0 for the day. Charges most of the time below the total distance traveled. Always i have to cancel because the charges are low and tak berbaloi. Thinking of changing to different ehailing company.
