everytime new update always have problem.. what on earth are the system developer doing? do they know how to develop apps or not? grab always protect. idiot no show rider also driver have to cancel. wrong pickup location also dont punish driver. if grab want to protect driver, if rider cancel when already 5minutes or driver arrive, grab shall pay to driver directly. dont charge driver since grab love rider like hell..
To put aside a lots of features that the app lack. What i have in mind, what if in the next update we can costumize the tamplates for quick massage. Make us more unique in the dialogue, and can saves us times.
Dear GrabCar management, In order to make it seemed fair to us, 1) Please also allow the drivers to rate riders as some them are cooperative, well mannered, while some are rude, arrogant or smelly. 2) Please install Panic buttons on drivers' app. 3) Please suspend/ban riders' accounts just like what was imposed on the drivers, for eg; frequent & habitual cancellations, no-show after arriving at pick-up points without notifying drivers, answering phone calls or replying to chats prior to confirmation of rides beforehand. 4) Compensate drivers including the Ambassadors for pick-up more than 2 Km by reimbursing RM2 for every Km, to reduce Ignore jobs/cancellations. 5) Increase the incentives to drivers as the benefits had been deteriorating comparing from year 2015 to 2016 to now. Thank you.
Didnt give initial warning. Did small unintended mistake for 1st time then compounded with no incentive for that week smh. Really dissapointed
