Virtual Dis-Chem Benefits Card

We’ve digitized your Dis-Chem Benefits Card for you so that you always have it when you need it. With your virtual card you can earn points every time you purchase in-store, view points (and their rand value) and even give back to the community by donating your Dis-Chem points to the Dis-Chem Foundation.

Bonus Cards

An added benefit is our virtual bonus card which lets you earn rewards for purchasing the products you love. Our app features a sticker book that will be virtually stamped every time you purchase a promotional product from one of our Dis-Chem stores. Once you’ve earned enough stickers you can choose your FREE gift from the list of our bonus products in-store.

Ratings and reviews

Such a terrible experience. This new SSO login is absolutely horrendous. The app always just logs me out and have to battle to log back in. Your SSO doesn't even support long strong secure passwords, I had to resort to a short password to be able to even login previously. Now the app has logged me out yet again and I cannot get back in. Cannot believe this app even made it to production.

This App worked perfectly until the POPIA upgrade. I have now given up and simply un-installed it. It doesn't allow any navigation at all. It just keeps giving one error message after the other. It's terribly inconvenient that a similar brand's app is now more effective when there used to be no problem whatsoever. I really hope this gets resolved and will keep checking for updates from the reviews.

It has a lot of bugs. If you go back to see other products after searching, it loses the search and you have to start again, if you order for delivery and need to replace an item out of stock live, it does not matter how many times you try to, it won't replace it and it gets removed from the cart saying you took too long to select something else. Since the most recent update, it won't even load the DeliverD option at all. Overall a frustrating and largely pointless user experience.
