it's a very good app I think it's definitely helped me, I've used it for like about 6 months and I've noticed it's helped me focus more than anything else, and has helped me with math and remembering steps more effectively. ignore the negative studies that say this game doesn't work, if you keep training consistently you'll see progress (:

After each as the game crashes to main screen and will have to boot up again. This would've been more bearable if the ads didn't play after every game or if the ads didn't take up full screen.*edit* bug was fixed really fast. I've added an extra star for that. now I need to test it out longer and hope to finally understand it.

Used to be good, but developers keep randomly changing rules w/o telling users. The app's main strength was a global hi score list to show where you stand compared to others (only 2 N-Back apps have hi score lists, out of dozens). This app's hi score list shows only the top 30—the other app shows everyone's hi score. This app's frequent rule changes made its hi score list invalid, as it compares scores from different rules mixed in one list w/o showing which score was achieved under which rules.
