Ratings and reviews

So, this is an update on my experience. Firstly I've been able to sort out the unnecessary charges thing. Secondly, concerning the shares I've been trying to sell for the past three months but it keeps on getting declined. Please just rectify it. It seems you guys pay more attention to people that hold larger unit of shares. If that's the case then indicate that so as to prevent we that have lesser capital to avoid using your app.

This should be tagged the most cumbersome and annoying financial system or app on earth, don't even get me started on the slow response team they have, takes them weeks and even months to reply a compliant (and there's always complain) you won't know if the system is there to help it customers or add to their frustration. Anything less than 1 star would be adequate for them very poor team

Please I've been noticing that since last week there's discrepancy with my investment balance and actually balance, it's short by 7,000, it displays my actually balance for a few seconds, and then reverts back to been down by 7,000, and share prices hasn't been updated as well, also the chart is slow & most times not accurate
