Your app was working fine few days ago. now it performs extremely poorly: very slow, lags and crashes, and the P2P says it sent a verification OTP to my phone number but it never arrives. I clicked on the customer support button and waited for the call, but received no call. And there's no working support feature in the app. It's basically getting more and more dysfunctional at this point.

This app is a scam. They just scammed me this morning. I thank God It wasn't a lot of usdt, they are changing wallet addresses so if you send coins it'll change to another one. If they do that your complaints to their customer care will be useless because they will just ask you to screenshot the current address you are seeing on your app which is completely different from the one you sent the coins to. I am advising anyone who is using this app to run away because it's integrity is compromised

Terrible Customer Service and Zero Respect for Users This exchange announced on Dec 29 that bank withdrawals would stop on Jan 1—just 2 days' notice over New Year's! Totally unfair and traps your funds. I never got any notification—no email or in-app alert. When I contacted support, all they said was "I'm sorry." No real help, no timeline. Shows zero respect for users. Money stuck with terrible service. Switching platforms now—strongly advise avoiding this platform
