A funny app. When I logged in with my login name as usual, it immediately displayed that the name was invalid and then blocked everything. But it is alright when I log in via the bank's web page. It is not the first time I have such a funny experience with this rubbish app. It seems that this small bank is lacking of IT expertise to maintain its app well.

For security authentication service, please add support for Xiaomi 14 mobile phone. It is very inconvenient to use banking services without such service. Thank you.

No return to customer even several telephone calls made to designated account manager and her assistants.
