I have been using the app for about 2 years and worked perfectly. I had to upgrade to a new phone, Android (for 5g compatability, so my carrier says), and now the auto login does not work, nor the fingerprint. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, multiple times, checked settings, etc, and still doesn't work. Quite disappointed, hope they figure out and update.

Not a fan of the app I don't need to know what I just spent I need to know what I got left it's so annoying how it goes off and never tells me my balance and then I get in trouble when my account goes over and charges me when it was avoidable to start with kinda makes me want to look for a new bank to be honest charging me 35 dollars for a few dollars over !? BS if you want my honest review so don't pat yourself on the back that hard there's alot to be fixed in that system you guys have

Excellent, hyper-secure access to my accounts. While the CNB staff is always on top of any suspicious or fraudulent activities, this app gives me 100% peace of mind regarding my hard-earned money anytime, from anywhere. For simply checking on transactions, moving funds between accounts, directly paying bills and even making digital check deposits... this is an absolutely indispensible tool that I have come to rely on (pretty much daily). For some, it may seem like a hassle to setup on a new device... for me it's *absolutely* worth the [minor] effort to guarantee that I'm the ONLY one accessing my accounts. A+++ to CNB for offering such a powerful and highly useful tool. Citizen's National, Brownwood's hometown bank for ~5 decades, and MY bank since 1984. Thank you CNB!
