the app could use some layout improvements. For instance the balance you see versus the available amount is a bit deceiving. could have a quick balance check without logging in feature for more convenience. not exactly one of the best banking apps I've dealt with. Also you shouldn't have to have another app to make this one function right.

Everytime I try to open this app, it says updating which is taking hours with no results, I have un installed and reinstalled several times. I even tried again today after waiting a week or so and still the same thing. It says updating for very long periods of time. I believe it could be hackers trying to steal information. This has been going on for at least two weeks now.

Used to love this app, but lately updates have been causing it to crash constantly, it refuses to log in correctly & then locks me out of my account, error messages every time I open it, overall it's becoming a terrible & unreliable banking app & I'm very disappointed. Mobile banking is important to me & I will be changing banks if this does not improve.
