Worked great until recent. It's just stuck loading. I tried to delete and re-download several times, and the app won't work. Update: Super quick response from Banterra! The issue was resolved, and the app works great, as it always did in the past!

Everytime I try to open this app, it says updating which is taking hours with no results, I have un installed and reinstalled several times. I even tried again today after waiting a week or so and still the same thing. It says updating for very long periods of time. I believe it could be hackers trying to steal information. This has been going on for at least two weeks now.

Used to love this app, but lately updates have been causing it to crash constantly, it refuses to log in correctly & then locks me out of my account, error messages every time I open it, overall it's becoming a terrible & unreliable banking app & I'm very disappointed. Mobile banking is important to me & I will be changing banks if this does not improve.
