I love this game! I had problems and had to update this game and then I could not get in to the game, I sent 2 emails for help, I have been playing this game for years and was up over 1100 or more levels and got no response, so I tried to uninstall,and install and lost everything, really pissed off! !!! But now back up in levels and enjoy it every day. 100% recommend.

I used to love this app. I have it a very long time and realized it is just like a casino, rigged and fixed... Everything was fine until I got to a high level. They allow you to win, then take all of your coins back,( to which I have been buying gems ), to get coins, so it is all a fixed thing. I don't know how they can rig a game on your phone, but apparently Slot Bonanza is. I'm very disappointed as I always have someone from the company transfer it when I get a new cell phone. Done.

I have just changed phones. The app transfered over but none of my game progress or coins did. I was connected to Facebook and saving game progress. I have a wifi connection but when i try to go to in the Vip or store it says i have no internet connection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still have same issue. I get an error if try to make contact through game. Help
