🧘Types of Yoga Classes:
1.Gentle yoga is a variation of the hatha tradition of yoga asanas (postures). It was created to be accessible to all types of students & to support their mental, physical, & spiritual needs.
2.Vinyasa yoga is characterized by stringing asanas together from one posture to another seamlessly by using breath. This is also commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.

I don't recommend this service. I had high hopes but the teachers are not consistent on their availability and updated the their availability at very short notice (less than a few minutes to a few hours) on several occasions for 1-1 classes. The app itself has bugs and I found it rather slow at times. Also, there were instances when the messages from teachers were delayed or did not come through at all (I could see it on the computer but not on my phone).

I have been trying to connect to the class from app and from website for 10 mts now. None would lead to my class. You guys need to step up!!

I've only just joined but I'm already frustrated as your app doesn't have a back button. Every time I want to go back a page, i have to close the whole app down to start again. 😩 I had exactly the same issue when I logged in through the browser. I've booked a couple of sessions today to see what it's all about but can you please make it so that users have a more user friendly experience.
