I played and completed the game without paying. It's not needed. In fact very little grinding is needed if you can pull off very long combos. It also has an incremental difficulty that slowly gets harder and harder until you decide to lower it. I completed the game on difficulty 52. This makes the game obviously harder but you also get better rewards. Quite a thing to note, this game requires decent reaction time. And combos are very important especially in late game. Highly recommend this.

Game is extraordinary. Many quests, good, albeit adult oriented, humor. Plenty of skills and upgrades to become stronger. Easily worth the $4.99 for the full game. Hell, I even donated a few dollars, which in turn grants a few hours of bonuses. I've never done that in a game. You have a gem here. Controls are easy, though it does get tougher the deeper you go, obviously. Looking forward to more games from you. ☺

Played to the vikings part, i think the story, for what it is, is very charming and ive sunk many hours into this game, only issues i have is i wish there was a bit more nuance to the enemy AI, and a bit more variety to combat, I do like the moves you get when leveling certain skills, just feel its a bit lacking, progression is somewhat slow, even when on higher difficulty, as im on 40 impossible, and would be nice if weapons and armor equipped to your body instead of skins, but artwork is great
