Ratings and reviews

Absolutely terrible with androids devices in general and REALLY struggles with low connection, takes several minutes if it loads at all or responds to your tap. Always opens and says "Unable to find application to perform action". That message appears on everything you do with android even if it's working. Please fix otherwise these issues a pretty cool app with lots of functionality for multiple properties!

A new version and still the same problems. I have never successfully synced with the app despite trying for months. The steps on the website for troubleshooting involve signing in but it actually has to sync at least once to be able to get to the menus shown in the troubleshooting steps. I have gotten poor performance reviews because I am unable to use this app, so I would appreciate it if you fixed it or just got rid of the app entirely. It does nothing but cause headaches.

Says unable to find application to perform action, super slow, does a horrible job at showing what work orders are what so you basically have to click on them all and read them within, to sometimes click on the same one 2 twice. If you get logged out while on time for a work order it does not save the time. I wish I didn't have to use this, but I do so 2 stars it is
