always have issues, I'm tired of this app, I can't even verify my account, you send them an email, they never reply. how can an app and employees be this insufficient and ineffective. why can't it be like Dewa, everything else and works fine. why even make an app if you guys can't make it work in the right way????

1-in first month bill I payed 10+AED in terms on knowledge fee, while in subsequent payment it is also applicable dnt know why. 2- unable to turn on msg and email notifications in app. 3- I don't have gas connection on but getting gas bill as well in terms of service charges plus texes 4- electric bill in 30+ but got service charges more than 70 don't know what type of charges are that can someone explain

worst customer service i have ever seen in my life, now it almost 3 months but not received security deposit back and nobody responds to query since they are government entity and there is no competitor they dont care whatever ratings and comments they get.
