Ratings and reviews

The app is decent to book shipments. However, we cannot track a shipment in the app once we book a shipment. The message we are shown always: "Unable to fetch tracking data currently". Also, there's no way to provide feedback in the app. Customer service via phone is practically non-existent... despite waiting 15 minutes on the phone, couldn't talk with anyone.

Very bad experience. Worst service I have ever used. 👎👎I will never use this service again 🙂🙂 * The parcel will not arrive on time (It takes a lot of time) * It is much more expensive than other parcel services * They will not bring the parcel to us. We have to go directly to their office and collect it * Customer service that is never available on call * Collection executive are very rude people

Dtdc is the worst courier service. They do not give home delivery. They told me to come to a location which was far away from my home. The delivery boy shouted on me(misbehaved). Do not use this courier service. They deserve Zero stars. The parcel is still not delivered. They promised home delivery but they do not give home delivery. I will never use this courier service again. Worst experience. They are still not solving my problem!!
