Ratings and reviews

Fixed the deadhead problem only for the app to start ignoring preferences. Seriously, I have a minimum rate set specifically to weed out all the loads brokers refuse to put a rate on... so why, after the last update, are 99.5% of the loads shown to me not including a rate? The ONLY saving grace that keeps this from being a 1 star is the fact that you can still look at more than 3 loads a day. That's how close this app is to becoming a carbon copy of the free version of DAT.

glad I didn't pay for a subscription. app was great for the first 2-3 days after that it would change my preset search filters along with telling me there was a certain amount of loads for them filters and when you go to se what those loads are it would say "0" load results found. I wouldn't waste your time or money. just sign on with a broker. and yeah I know they are a pain to deal with some times but they will have your load locked in when you say yes or no on hauling it.

Factoring payments with TruckSmarter have recently become extremely inconsistent. At first, everything seemed fine, but in the past few days they started providing deposit dates and then changing them without any prior notice, creating major uncertainty and directly impacting cash flow. Customer service is also unreliable – they only respond when it’s convenient for them, leaving me without clear solutions during critical moments. TruckSmarter is not a reliable choice for managing cash flow
