I connected my exness mt5 account and since I did that, upon syncing, my trade history is unchanged. Worst annual subscription money ever spent

I recently downloaded this app.. it's pretty easy to use and love how it can be connected to binance (but i havent tried this feature). But i found it a bit lagging in closing our trade (take a few minutes before it actually close the live trade when we got stopped) and the way they record our wins and losses sometimes mixed up. Im suppposed to get 2w and 2l but it summarize as 3w and 1l (in performance tab) and 1w and 3l (in analysis tab) please fix this
