Horrible! Buyer be ware! I really wished I had checked the reviews before purchasing. My daughter's first Metallica concert, I purchased the tickets almost a year in advance and they still managed to screw me. The only way they could have put us farther from the concert is to put us in the parking lot. Mean while, no discount! And I purchased tickets way closer! Scammers! Rip off bs artist from the UK with a call center in the states.

I have to say I had a really bad experience with the app and the company. I have paid 10 times higher price than the tickets they arranged for me. This is insane ! Plus, I have specifically indicated the team I have been supporting while buying the tickets and in the end they have transferred me a ticket in an opposition team sector! I would not recommend anyone using the services from this platform!

Avoid this app. Terrible experience with Viagogo. The tickets I received were fraudulent—just a screenshot of a QR code that didn't work. Completely ruined my event. Avoid this app at all costs.
