The app provides an exercise schedule of 8 weeks, which consists of three sets of exercises per week. The exercises and the accompanying schedule are from the 2BFit study of the EMGO Institute and are scientifically proven effective for a good recovery from ankle injuries. In addition, the app provides information about the use of braces and ankle tape.
