Ratings and reviews

Used to be an incredible app and tool for saving money. Unfortunately, as of late 90% of orders I place don't even track. Super frustrating as I can change where I buy things from based on the cashback percentage offered. So when they don't track, I'm worse off. Can't be relied on anymore unfortunately, might give Quidco a try.

Started off OK (been a member for a few years), but I'm finding it common that tracking doesn't complete automatically now, especially for larger rewards which means I often have to open tickets. This is time consuming and payment can often take up to a year, or it declines for no reason and you can't speak to anybody to resolve it - they just point you to their FAQs or website which isn't helpful. I'm going to try Quidco instead which seems to have better reviews.

The last 3 purchases didn't track, but I still don't know if I will get cashback Edit: I do lodge them, but I shouldn't have to keep doing it, this should be automatic, and I've noticed I don't always get back what was originally offered. The latest is AA. The only reason was because of the £150 cashback (after paying £258), but after 2 weeks, I'm stuck with them if this isn't tracked and the claim fails
