Ratings and reviews

Unreliable. Terrible customer service. Promised manager call not done. Delivery delayed by a week (not the first time) Netmeds does not care to track their shipments once dispatched. Shipment is stuck in a transit warehouse for a week and they have no idea about it. Change your logistics partner or stop taking orders when you can't fulfill them. Customer service also a nightmare, they take so long to even check a simple courier status and they have no clue when the order will be delivered.

Literally the worst app I have ever tried. I am giving one star just to write a review or else one star was also too much to give. There are no options of products so many of them are not available. Even after 1 month the products are still not at stock. Even if we order a product they send a different one, and the products are 2 to 3 years old. Recently I ordered some products which was manufactured in 2022! It had only 4 to 5 months validity. This company needs much more improvement...

Worst app. Fraud sellers. I've ordered minoxidil 5% the seal of product was opened. I exchanged it with new one. The seal of new product was also open. This means that the product was tempered by any means, may be the product was not original or may be adulteration was done. But these sellers are still selling their tempered products. And the netmeds team lied to me regarding the availability of product. They said the pruduct is out of stock, even I was able to see product in stock in app.🤦🤦‍
