I had a terrible experience using the Atlys app. Despite its promises of a smooth and hassle-free process, it was anything but that. The app was full of glitches, and customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful. I faced unexpected delays, unclear instructions, and a lack of proper updates, which made the entire process frustrating. Instead of simplifying things, it ended up wasting my time. I wouldn't recommend using this app, especially if you're on a tight timeline or need reliable service

Sadly, I downloaded the app before reading reviews because I needed something fast. Luckily I haven't paid because I had an issue while filing out the form and tried multiple times to reach the support team but not luck. An online service without feedback and customer support is a big No. Regardless of the technological age we are in, feedback from an email keeps your business top-notch. My form is half filed and I cannot delete my data. Read more reviews below before using this service.

My experience with Atlys has been extremely disappointing. There is no proper customer support — I had to constantly chase the team for updates, and even then, responses were delayed or completely missing. I am still following up for my refund, but I’ve received no resolution, no callback, and no timely communication from their support. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for something as important as visa processing. I would not recommend the Atlys app based on my experience.
