Very disappointing experience with Atlys. I paid extra for premium service to book a US visa appointment, but they filled my DS-160 with wrong city, hotel, and even an arrival date after my conference. Customer support gave conflicting and misleading advice, including not correcting the form. This made my interview weak and resulted in visa rejection. Waste of money and opportunity.

I got on to Atlys for my Georgia visa and later tried it for getting US visa appointment slots. Did get the Georgia visa but the process was frustrating. And yes, I didn't get the US visa appointment slot after waiting for around 5 months. My biggest frustration was from the app design, the user interface, almost-complete reliance on tech / chatbots and difficulty in getting through to a human being. No option to communicate on e-mail is another bummer.

I used Atlys to apply for a visa and believed the price shown during the application process covered the service. After submitting everything and paying, I was later told I needed to pay an additional $149 “service fee” before my visa would be released. I contacted support requesting either: Release of the visa based on the original payment, or a refund. In my experience, support refused both options. I highly recommend you don't use this company.
