I received my eVOA through atlys in 3 days. The app is easy to use but not very accurate when showing the status. The ETA keeps changing to next day although I submitted all the documents. The customer service is next to existent. They respond to any query through email only and might not work for anyone looking for urgent. So so kind of app I feel. Needs a lot of improvement.

This is a fake app. Before I made the payment, the app worked smoothly, and customer care responded within one minute. However, after the payment was completed, the app takes 15 minutes just to open, and the customer support team completely stops replying. When I called them, they ignored my calls at first. After calling 5 to 6 times, a representative finally answered, took all my details, and promised that a senior would respond within an hour. But until no response.

Application of atlys is a total disaster with the undesirable technical glitches in the application. One cannot rely completely upon this application. Yet the help desk staff is working hard for the company's survival. I personally had the most pathetic user interface and technical difficulties but thanks to the back stage staff for resolving them. I applied for 4 people and they accepted only 3 application for UAE visa. I had to move to other agency for 4th visa application.
