I received my eVOA through atlys in 3 days. The app is easy to use but not very accurate when showing the status. The ETA keeps changing to next day although I submitted all the documents. The customer service is next to existent. They respond to any query through email only and might not work for anyone looking for urgent. So so kind of app I feel. Needs a lot of improvement.

Paid for a visa (just the start ) over 7 months ago then realised that I could get it much cheaper so decided not to get it. 7 months later I get over $90 charged out of my account for the Visa. so got a refund ( just for the money that was taken out without my approval) and I didn't receive the whole refund amount. (because my bank apparently took a conversion fee out to give me my money back they did not!) so now I am out of pocket because apparently there was a fee before it got to my bank.

Atlys knows what they are doing. The experience was really warm and good. We had applied for Japan Visa and got it in a week. I was worried about my closing balance, but Atlys team helped us proceed. Although they don't really share the exact application they submitted to VFS, we ended up getting our Visa sooner than expected and we're more than satisfied.
