One of the worst app. Due to war, every platform is refunding the amount of Visa fees and convenience fees, but this worst app is very commercial and business oriented . No Refund that they are processing . They are very well trained on just one statement I.e. Our company Policy states that Non- refundable. It's an exception scenario, No flights are flying at this moment to UAE nations and looks like situation may be very dark for next couple of weeks. By that time, everything my visa expires.

I checked my account yesterday and profile logged in to some stranger account. i thought it was a big and logged out and signed in again. But today I see another stranger name in the app. Great thing with data. I don't with whose mobile my account is logged in. ATLYS please check the issue. I'm seeing this in last 3 days

atlys has always been a promising platform for visa approval.My experience has always been smooth.Costomercare/support has also been helpful and resourceful when needed. It would be nice if you mentioned a consolidated fees including Visa fees+Platform Fees together and charge it in one go to maintain transperancy though.All in all a very resourceful and good platform to apply for Visa. thankyou team Atlys.
