This app is unable to even show a *LIVE* feed. Which is the only thing we even need it for. We want to monitor foster cats while we are out of the house. No need for recording, no need for events, just show us what is happening **NOW**. While at home we can use the direct connection to the camera over the home wifi, so it is obvious the camera is working. Worthless waste of time for even the most basic of functionality.

Update - the app is no longer capable of playing back recordings. If I go to the amcrestcloud webpage, playback works fine. If I try to playback on the app, nothing. Samsung Note 8 The app leads you to believe you can manage motion detection, but I've changed the settings, but I see no change in behavior. Further, the camera will stop capturing events, requiring a power cycle of the camera. If nothing else, they could add a 'reboot can't option.

App was working great, now after a few weeks, can not get notifications. Every time I open the settings, it has defaulted back to no schedules set with no events. I purchased this camera to keep an eye on pets. Live feed works great but cloud is not storing movement. If residence is burglarized, no evidence. After contacting customer support, they were able to explain how to correct the problem. The camera has to be deleted and go through complete install including hooking to router.
