Who CashBook is for?

For Accountant - It will improve your productivity. No need to do unnecessary calculations. No need to calculate your daily cash balance manually. It will help you reconcile transactions easily.

1. Bookkeeping tool - Reduces the job of a bookkeeper, no need to add transactions in excel. Simply add it in the cashbook app in your mobile. For advanced work, you can always export excel and use in your desktop system.

1. Manage udhar bhai khata book / credit of grahak / customer - Add transactions as an entry in the app at the time you do it, to know udhar search grahak name. It will show you all the past transaction with final balance on the top right.

2. Manage employee salary - Add a new book name it Salary Book. Keep adding the advance salary money you give to staff, to know balance left at the end of the month. Go to search and type the name of the staff. It will show you amounts you have given to staff and the final balance left to be paid.

3. Manage Len Den / Credit Debit - Create a new book to manage your debt with suppliers. Add credit in remark of transactions purchased on credit, to know the balance at any time use search and filter.

For Individuals - Use it as your personal wallet. You can plan your monthly budget. It will help you prevent excessive spend from your end. Keep a track of where you have spent your pocket money. How much money is left with you and remark to keep track of your spending habits.

1. As a money control tool - It helps you keep a tap of the money you are spending and works as a money control tool at the same time.

2. Categorize your expense - Create separate books to log your different expenses. New books for home / house expense and office expenses.

3. Keep yourself out of debt - Even if you owe money as debt to someone it acts as a healthy reminder to pay off debt quickly.

4. Manage Khata with friends - To know how much any of your friends and family members owe you simply search their name. Khata book of all their transactions with previous entries will be available.

I got exactly what I wanted: a simple app for recording expenses and income, even on the fly! Its usefulness isn't limited to using your data just in the app: Your file can be exported both to Excel and to PDF. There's abundant room for details too. And, to top off these gems, the design is elegant and readable. I'm recommending it far and wide!

Your app is great. But 2 days before I faced an issue. Which I tried to tell you on mail, WhatsApp and helping number, but no one can reply me. My data was automatically disappeared. I don't no how. I didn't delete or do something else, it shows 6 months before data. Lossed data is very important for me. Please help me for backup.

I have not been using it for long, and I'm just starting out with the business idea. so far this has been an excellent app to allow me to remain organized and keep my budget accurate as the days go by. the fact that I could make a spreadsheet or PowerPoint or PDF file to send to a co-worker makes this an amazing app as well. it's easy to use and get the hang of, I must haves for any busy business.
