There needs to be better app controls while casting. There is no "skip intro", "next episode" or "skip ad" while casting to a TV. I paid for ad free and it's still giving me ads. What an absolute scam Paramount+ is. I've also noticed shows under "keep watching" that I've never watched. No one else shares my account so I should be the only person able to access it

Poor app. I have ad-free subscription but experience ads at the beginning of the shows. Paramount support calls them "brand bumpers" but they're ads for paramount shows. The app displays it as "ad in progress", so that's a lie. Also, support chat is obscured by keyboard, you can't see what you're typing. App restarts when I multitask even though phone settings allow app to run in the background. Doesn't give option to skip recap or skip intro while Chromecasting.

Absolutely terrible experience on Shield TV. The interface is so slow and clunky, the forced previews exacerbate matters. It's like wading through mud to find what you want. When you do find something, the stream can take up to a minute to begin where I'm then presented with an unwatchable stuttery presentation. If I haven't given up on watching due to having a moderate level of standards, don't worry - the app will eventually crash itself out to the home screen. It's the worst.
