Ratings and reviews

It is the worst app I have ever used for badminton slot booking..It doesn't support rescheduling option. If we want to reschedule then we need to cancel the existing booking and rebook which results extra cancellation fee.

Worst customer care support. Worst customer policy. They don't even know how to talk professionally. Please see this review and work upon or else keep losing long time customers. Thanks. Edits - After going through this review the team reached out to me and ensured that the problem is resolved. Really liked this small gesture from Hudle. Will keep using the app for sure.

Worst app ever I have come across ..Just for sake rescheduling..it will charge you extra money and ask to cancel and rebook again..These people should take this issue on priority and allow to reschedule without single penny.
