Features include:

• Juice 'em up: Use intuitive, one-handed controls to bounce, flip around and grab fruit for the beast's juice.
• Climb & collect: Evade creatures lurking in randomly generated areas. Collect special abilities like the octobub, which sucks in fruit, and the handy snail clock, which stops time while you ready your next jump. Plus many others!
• Open new modes: Find a not-so-well-hidden area to unlock the tricky puzzle mode. Complete Poinpy to unlock an endless mode.

this game is so genuinely wonderful. tightly designed, challenging and replayable, lots of great upgrades that change how you play, really charming music and aesthetic, stressful in the right ways and satisfying to rack up a lot of points. but god I wish I could just pay money and buy it. I'm giving it 5 stars because I think Moppin and the team made a 5 star game for sure. but I would totally understand being annoyed or feeling weird about the Netflix release.

This game really grew on me. The instructions are a little vague. It took me a while to realize that stomping on an enemy gives you an extra jump, for example. Also, initial progression takes a while. But once I understood how to string along combos and got a few powerups it's gotten really fun, yet still challenging. It's also easy to play in short bursts, which I like.

This is the kind of game you want more from. I was able to complete it in a little under a day, and just wish there was more to do in the endgame besides collecting all the trinkets. The controls are responsive, the learning curve is just right, and the music is upbeat fun. Ive found myself whistling the Outer Space theme on multiple occasions. Highly recommend if you were a fan of Downwell...or a just fan of quick thinking and satisfying combos. If you are having trouble at first, be patient.🤙
