Horrible experience. The initial setup was perfect. I unplugged the camera to move it, plugged it up, and then I got the "offline" notification. When trying to connect to the cameras hot spot from my mobile devices, WiFi, it was impossible because it never appeared again. The cameras reset button is a joke and does absolutely nothing. I'm sending my device back today and getting something better. I will be reading reviews first.

This app sucks so bad. I got it set up and after a few days I set it not to record on motion. I discovered yesterday it was recording on motion. I went through an deleted 99 clips, restarted the app and all 99 clips were still there. If its not connected to wifi none of the settings work, except "Delete Camera". Now that feature does not work. Now it does not work at all, keep saying its not connected to wifi. I do not recommend this app at all. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Worked perfectly on initial setup, then I unplugged it to take it to its actual location and it went offline. I tried resetting multiple times and the wifi network will not appear to connect. I called the support number before close of business and they didn't answer. They eventually send me a text and ask what's the problem? I tell them and they told me I was doing something wrong and gave me the steps to reconnect it. Followed the steps and still is not able to connect. I do not recommend.
