charge doesn't last long. camera doesn't pick up movement until the movement is gone. there's no point to paying for this. I kept hoping it would be different but it's the same every month. I don't get notifications, the camera doesn't start recording until the movement is already gone. it's absolutely POINTLESS. I don't understand when ring doesn't have this problem. why are other apps so horrible but still want money for worthless products??? a refund would be nice but I know it won't happen

Live view isn't working very well if at all right now. Especially with the doorbell. I get the doorbell ringing notification and I press to accept the call and it just spins and spins forever trying to connect. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or Mobile data. If it does finally connect it takes it way longer than someone will stand at the door waiting.This issue has gotten much worse with the firmware updates. Cameras take a long time to connect to live view as well but doorbell is by far the worst

This thing has been screwing up lately. Notifications have been coming in very late. Almost 12 hours late. Also, when check the app, I can see the list of recordings for the day but when I click on one, the video flashes for a split second, then I just see a message saying, "No more recordings on this day." But when I navigate back, I still see a 'list' of recordings for the day. It just won't let me watch any of them. I might need to switch to a different company.
