App won't log in. Says could not perform network requests. Please try again later. I was told if my equipment wasn't here, I could use the app. Well my equipment was to come yesterday & didn't because they put the PO Box but sent UPS. I gave both physical and PO, shipper should know which address to use based on carrier.

It glitches out and has two transactions pending at least once a week. Most of the time one of them falls off, but not always. At the very least it is embarrassing and at most customers think that we are trying to scam them.

Easy to use and is a great backup in case your machine goes down from internet being down.
