First off, there isn't even any kind of instructions like there was for the old app(which was much simpler anyway). Then, there isn't any app help or support online or in the app. Now for the issues. Every time I open the app it throws the red error up top. I can get around that by signing out and signing back in. But, then when I go to make a reimbursement request, when I try to select a date it says "No service available for this date" and I have to cancel. This has happened without fail even after updates and with any dependent selected. The old app was perfectly simple. This one is completely useless.

The app sucks- it constantly glitches and will make me have to sign in twice; it immediately signs me out the first time every single time. In addition, the periodic security verifications won't work. I'll enter my last 4 socials in and hit next, and nothing will happen- it wont load the next page, and refreshing doesnt do anything. So essentially, you cant access your account and I'm forced to go on a desktop. Please update the app and fix these glitches.

Nothing at all in this app is working anymore. Update is ridiculously assinine. Too many problems to list here with the limited character count Phone incompatible now with this update. Gives last year's zero balance, can't change to current year. No reimbursement options. Can't contact customer service in the app. Go back to the drawing board, people! Beyond frustrating
