Important information for Whistler Blackcomb: Mobile Pass and Mobile Lift Tickets are not available at
Whistler Blackcomb this winter season. Please use a physical Pass or Lift Ticket card to access the
mountain. All other app features will be available.

This latest complete overhaul of the app is terrible. The main thing I want is a map. The map doesn't work without internet, which is insane. Every resort I've ever been to has gaps in cell coverage. Do I have to go back to seeking out paper maps?! The map is also hard to use if it does work at all. This app was better 10 years ago before they overhauled it twice.

Suggest changing "open lifts" and "open trails" to a single "open now" button to eliminate the need to scroll for the filter. Also suggest enabling this filter by default to reduce user workload. Also, map zooming is cumbersome and requires far too much zooming in to see trail names, to the point where you can only see one trail at a time when doing so. Also, can you PLEASE fix the tracking? Time zones, lack of maps, leaderboards, and badges, poor error handling, inability to edit bad data, etc.

This app is an embarrassment to Vail and whatever company they contracted with to develop it. It doesn't work, at all, if you carry your phone and your epic pass. Doesn't track GPS. Doesn't track lifts. Misses entire days. When skiing with only the app, not only is it missing all of the stats - half the time the e-pass doesn't work. Tried it all different ways (with pass, without pass, GPS on and off, Bluetooth on and off, different pockets, out of pocket, reinstalled multiple times. HORRIBLE
