Ratings and reviews

Non-existent! The app is either non supported outside N America or Australia, or maybe not all (I have 2 emails from Colgate with differing views). A X DM stated the former, but my app no longer works even with a US phone, in the US and with a US phone number. My account with them mentioned UK as I'm from there. But I can't even create a new account with a different email. So perhaps they intend to abuse your data (hence no UK/EU version)? So can no longer recommend the toothbrush either!

Great toothbrush, app is pretty good, just hard to adjust to the skipping around on the guided brushing. My brain works in a very methodical way, and the app is designed to not do that under the guided brushing. It makes it difficult for people who may run their lives in non-changing routines, such as people with certain disorders and/or those who are neurodivergent. It would be nice to change the order of the zones to fit individual preference.

The adjustable speed on the brush is good and the comparably smaller handle is another positive. The accompanying app, however, is just so-so. It does not accurately detect the position of the brush. When I first turn on the brush, the app shows I've already started brushing although the brush isn't even in my mouth. Other times it shows the angle of the brush is poor when it's placed well - and vice versa. The best I can say of the app is that it ensures proper brushing time.
