Great Watches.. terrible App. Disconnects from Phone Literally every single God Given Day. I alwa6have to reconnect. That's very inconvenient. My old Oraimo watch even connects automatically whenever i get home after 3000 failed attempts to keep my Volkano watch connected. To make matter worse, i bought 2 and they both do the same 😭😭

App always disconnects from device, previous day information gets lost gets counted in negatives. Qualifies to get 0 stars, don't waste your money buying smart device that connects to this app. Doesn't connect to health app on my phone, just kicks me out. Update: now can't connect the app to the smart device via Bluetooth "connection failed"

I have experienced a bug in the volkano app, where my watch doesn't connect via Bluetooth anymore, and I am unable to enter the app. When I do, I am kicked out. The watch itself is alright, but I'm disappointed with the app. After updating it to the newest update, I've been experiencing these problems, and I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it, but it hasn't helped. I've searched the internet and the volcano website and have found nothing about how to fix it or what will be done about it
