Constant failed scans. Constant partial scans. You email them and they don't reply back. Have had issues since I started using this app and then never seem to fix it. It's frustrating because I have to have this information for my insurance to continue to pay but they don't seem to care or get it fixed. Looks like there have been the same issues for a few years but obviously it's not a priority to get it fixed. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I would rate it even lower if I could! The app worked fine for about 3 weeks, but now when I try to scan in the morning it just flashes 3-4 times and then gives me the same "can only scan partial qr, do you want to send anyway?" It never used to cause my camera to flash line that. I tried my cam on other QR codes and they are fine. So it isn't an issue with my phone, lighting, camera, or wifi. It's odd that when I review my night's info everything is perfect numbers and percentages

In some cases, you may scan 5 or 6 times and then get a message that it was a partial scan. In this case, send the partial scan. If this happens for multiple days please send an email to apps@3bproducts.com. Please include the issue you are having “partial scan”, your mobile device model so that the support team can research the issue on our end

Updated to a 4 star. The app has been updated and it now works every time. I still have to scan it daily, which is annoying, but it works! All data is laid out clearly and it also gives info on what the different things mean. On top of having to scan it to get data it also won't pull current data. I've uninstalled the app countless times. All settings on my machine are correct. I still get data from 3/28 to 5/7 and today is 5/26. I cannot get new data no matter what I do.
