About this app

Senior Fitness is a free exercise app for old and elderly which helps in increasing flexibility, mobility and overall health.

The app provides full body workouts and balance exercises that can be done by seniors with limited mobility.

The app also provides preventive exercises for knee pain, hip pain, neck pain, joint pain etc.

The Good news is we have also added chair yoga for seniors.

In addition to this, we also provide workouts for shoulder pain

All the workout routines are designed by a professional fitness coach.
App is equipped by very helpful text and video instructions.

Sitting exercises:

If you have trouble in doing standing workouts, then we have sitting exercises for you. The app provides full body chair workouts along with ****chair aerobics that can be easily done by all seniors.

Knee pain exercise:

The app provides exercises to help in knee pain. These exercises are of preventive nature. They help in knee pain relief as well as knee strengthening.

Hip pain:

As we age, we experience hip pains partly due to the weakness of the hip muscles. Learning how to strengthen your hips, with hip-strengthening exercises for seniors is vital to prevent or reduce severe pain. This app provides workouts which help in hip-strengthening as well as hip pain relief.

Neck pain:

Neck pain is as common as back pain in seniors. We provide easy workouts that help you in neck pain relief - all the workouts can be done by sitting on a chair.

Chair yoga:

Chair yoga is performed while seated in a chair. It’s perfect for older adults who might have limited mobility and might not be able to do traditional yoga poses. Chair yoga helps in improving flexibility, balance, and mobility, and helps to reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Simply start the workout, and it guides you through all the exercises.

This is a very nice app for me to use. I have spinal cord damage, and it's hard for me, but I do notice that it is helping. In English, videos in app and videos that take you to YouTube. I cannot do all steps yet, but I am on number 7. I started at finishing 1-3, so, 7 is great and it is helping.

App didn't mechanically work. Could not personalize exercises. I felt rushed and since the audio didn't work I had to pay more attention to the app than to what I was doing. I am a senior and I know most seniors would not be able to use this...uninstalled

Really gives you a full body workout great when recovering from long term illness like me , so can't even think of doing proper workout , but wow gets blood pumping and muscles working Some of the descriptions leave you to work out what they mean for a repatition, but it's your body you work it as hard as you want xx
