really easy to use but it forgets to tell you right at the start that the best sample is the first one of the day and that once you start the app it assumes your bladder is ready and you are doing the test now. You can stop the app and it will restart so its not a problem. Make sure the light source is not directly above you or the shadow of the camera will block out the light. over all a very simple and well explained test. liked it.

The initial letter and paperwork accompanying the test kit are too confusing. I decided to then go straight into the app, and that was very quick and easy to follow. 😀

Great! So much more convenient than carrying a urine sample to hospital appointment, and dar less intrusive. very clear step by step audio and video instructions when using the app made doing an unfamiliar test stress-free. Well thought through process. I'd be keen to see my actual result (ACR) as well as the 'normal' result category, it's my result after all! Hence 4 stars, otherwise would give it 5
