The maps are hard to navigate and the login is very finnicky. However now that I don't use it to reload my Key card (finally!!!) it functions fairly well. The maps are still difficult to navigate and it requires too much knowledge of the system to know what services are on what bus. It's also poorly set up for intermodal use since you can only track one type of vehicle at a time.

This app is better than the old one because it's more user friendly. Over the years since the app was introduced, there were some improvements (informing of cancellations, adding the SEPTA Key module), but some things can be better. However, I do appreciate the real-time schedule updates as they come out, and the fact that each route lists ALL of the stops, not just the important ones, which is critical when timeliness matters!

Unintuitive, I've learned how to use but it's impossible to explain how to use it. But—it's absolutely VITAL for bus system. The only hope for figuring out a bus is canceled before the time comes and goes, is through this app. Still 50/50 if it tells you. Not essential for subway, except for delays and breakdowns, and even then Google maps is updated just as quickly. Only being able to access delays/reroute by tapping a tiny ⚠️, without ever explaining that that is a function, is barbaric.
