Worst experience. I am trying to log in using email ID/ user id/ mobile number and password combination since last 5 to 6 months. But it never worked. It always shows the message that enter the valid credentials. I tried to complain to customer care, but that was also disappointing. Nobody is able to solve the problem.

I bought eTouch but have never been able to use the 2 free doctor consultation in a month. When I use life assit to book Appointment & click on health management service, it redirect to another page. When I select the free doctor service & click confirm I get this error even after selecting any future date or time "Appointment date does not satisfy the criteria to create voucher".

Very helpful app. I can handle it smoothly and never faced any difficulties with paying premium & other queries instead of visiting the branch.
